Aleph Learning Center was founded by Rabbi Raphael & Rachel Benchimol in 2002 as a response to the growing needs of the Upper East Side community.
Its purpose is to offer Jewish education and encourage growth and develop knowledge and observance in Jewish people of all ages and backgrounds through engaging and creative activities. Over the past 10 years, we have accomplished our goal of bridging heaven and earth, through various community classes, events, and children’s programming. ALEPH's next step is a state of the art Pre-School that will cater to meet the needs of our ever-growing community, and our commitment to instill Jewish values to the next generation.
We have currently embarked on a vital project to extend our programming to host an affordable state of the art preschool. In our warm, healthy and happy environment, young minds will be encouraged to develop socially, cognitively, emotionally, physically and spiritually, through a curriculum enriched with Jewish values. This project will be run by ALEPH and will be backed financially by individual members and supporters. |
